About us
Consultancy that puts persons with disability at the centre
We are a training company with a focus on disability mainstreaming and sports. We serve organizations dealing with disabilities across capacity building, gender and disability mainstreaming, nutrition and sports, organization registration processes, mediation services and research.
Our Mission
To offer unparalleled consultancy services to individuals or groups dealing with or affected by disability, with an aim of securing a balance for all.
Our Vision
To be a leading centre of disability mainstreaming and capacity building in Kenya and beyond.
Company history
KCSL was conceptualized in 2023 and incorporated on 23rd January 2026 as a Private Limited Company (No. PVT-Y2ULXJ6) under the Companies Act 2015 — with steady progression in internal preparedness and consultancy capacity since.

Our defined services
Disability Mainstreaming
Training organizations to mainstream disability across programs and services, anchored in the Constitution of Kenya 2010 (Art. 54), the Persons with Disabilities Act 2003, the UN CRPD and public service guidelines.
CBO/NGO Capacity Building
Strengthening staff skills in response to PWDs, awareness creation and disability etiquette, addressing resource scarcity and governance gaps.
Entity Registration
We act on behalf of CBOs and welfare groups to climb the tedious registration rungs, so bureaucracy never blocks a good cause.
Nutrition & Sports Training
Specialised training in nutrition and sports for sportspersons with disability, a core area of interest for KCSL.
Sports Elections Oversight
Oversight and apt guidance on the management of sports electoral processes, defusing conflict and safeguarding inclusion.
Mediation Services
Grievance redress, alternative dispute resolution, reasonable accommodation negotiations, stakeholder forums and clear referral pathways.
Sports & nutrition
Sport creates a medium of inclusivity and development
We train sportspersons with disability in nutrition and performance, and we oversee sports electoral processes — an area that has historically brought serious conflict — with impartial guidance that keeps PWDs at the centre of the benefit.

Mediation
Resolving conflict with dignity, speed and access
Disability cases often involve conflict — denial of access, discrimination, family disputes over care. Our mediation practice covers five fronts:
